Make sure you're not tender headed – I went to too groovy last night, as a last minute appointment. When It came time to comb and dry my hair, I thought I was a rag doll. Natasha was rough, which made my experience not pleasant at all. I ask her to be gentle, but it didn't appear to make a diffence to her. I'm not even going to repeat her response. As a positve, she is a great sylist, just need help in the customer service department. So if you're tenderheaded, don't choose her.

Fantastic Experience - Will Definitely Return – Too Groovy salon exceeded my expectations! Best I've been to in a LONG Time! – I don't care what anyone says, I LOVE LOVE LOVE Too Groovy Salon! I asked someone where she gets her hair done and she said Too Groovy in Atlanta. Her hair was beautiful! Healthy, shiny, and full of body. I don't live in Atlanta, but based on the look and feel of her hair, a road trip was definitely in order. Great Salon for people who want to learn to love their hair! – I've been going to Too Groovy Salon every week for almost a year now. While I started going for the professional atmosphere, I continue to go because I finally realized how important my hair is to me. Price is not "Groovy" at all – Well.... I read reviews on all the websites about this place. They were all great ( of course ) I was told this by the stylist and receptionist... " Girl, get it cut off, get you some bamboo earrings and a headband and just rock it like that !!!! After numerous years of severe hair issues resulting from relaxers and color, and a recommendation from a family friend to try going natural via Too Groovy's magical touch, I gave them a try. I called Monday morning and was able to get a next day appointment at my time of choosing. The salon is easily accessible off of Ponce and has street as well as validated garage parking. An Unprofessional Experience – I've been a client for several months now at Too Groovy (Lenox Location). I scheduled a permanent color six weeks in advanced and on the day I went to my appointment the receptionist says, "Oh I meant to call you, we don't have the color in for your appt". If you schedule a color MAKE SURE they have it at this location. No one called me in advanced, that could have called me to spare my time and gas driving to the Buckhead location. Another Location – My friend Betty and I visited Too Groovy shop on Tara Blvd in Lovejoy. A great location with plenty of parking. The staff is friendly and warm if yoy live in the area or if you don't mind the drive (30 minutes) give them a visit. What a great experience, Sir Elliott did our hair on a rainy day. (my husband loves it too). I have a perm and was really surprised how soft and silky my hair is. Betty has natural hair and it did not revert back in all the rain. Great Hair Experience! – I called Too Groovy Salon and Spa in Midtown after reading the great reviews and hearing the same. I explained to the receptionist that I had naturally curly hair with color and needed someone who could really do well with curly, fine, colored hair.
