I ordered a few items on your website and I was so excited waiting for it to arrive but I lost my money and I’ve never received my parcel from you. I email and messaged you on my other account but then you blocked me. I waisted my money for nothing! I asked for help but I was ignored, I just didn’t expect this to happen. I’ve never been so upset, the money I spent maybe nothing to you but it’s really big for a teen like me. I literally saved up to buy your stuff. I can’t believe I was treated like this. Please do something!
