After many recommendations, I decided to give Tony's dip system a try. Inexpensive and quick shipping (took a week and one day to recieve after order was placed). I was very excited to try a new system! As I was doing my second nail, the brush bristles fell completely out of the polish stick, causing me to lose my brush entirely. Upset and confused, I emailed Tony. I recieved no response and followed up. Til this day I have not recieved a response. Terrible customer service, and wouldn't recommend to others.
