I really thought he was a nice and understand person, but he is not. I emailed and messaged him and he would not respond. I had a appointment and he said I was late. not true at all . instead of understanding that his appointment schedule must have made a mistake he blamed me. I had proof that my appointment was set for 10 am not 9 am as they try to say. He did not care are try to see if that was the problem and did not want to give me a refund because it was not my fault.
