Yummy Tacos – When I come here I always get 3 Fajita Soft Tacos and as many Margaritas with Sangria that I can drink, which is usually 2 lol The food here is great and margaritas are good and strong. If you plan on coming here on a Friday come early because after 7:30 it's packed.
BEST MEXICAN FOOD IN TOWN!!! – I've been a customer of Tony's for about 10 years. It is an excellent place to go and have some great food and margaritas. Their ritas are strong so beware! I recommend their fajitas, asada, enchiladas, fish tacos, and don't forget ray's dip!! The atmosphere is also a ton of fun. It's great for everyone including kids. Tony's tends to get packed on the weekends so go early or else you will be waiting for a long time. Ray is also the best waiter!!
You Gotta' Try Tony's ! – I lived in Garden Oaks off 610-N for years before Tony's came to the neighborhood. Sure, we had some favorite Mexican and TexMex restaurants and drove to The Cadillac, Doneraki, Spanish Flower, Mexicatessen and others for our weekly ( or more often ) ' fix '. Careful of the Margs! – I have been to Tony's MANY times for lunch and drinks and dinners. On my most recent visit I witnessed something that makes me think twice about returning. The staff and owner allowed an extremely intoxicated patron to leave the premises and get into her corvette and leave. She was stumbling, falling out of her chair, etc. She pulled into traffic and went over the esplanade on Ella TWICE and almost caused a 3 car accident on her way out. Great Food!!!! Terrible Service – Tony's has probably the best Mexican food in Houston, but the service by far is bad and it seems to be getting worse everytime we go. Too many customers and not enough waiters.
Great mexican food with great customer service – This is a great place that serves great mexican dishes with a great customer service as they tend to your dining needs promptly. They serve a mean guacamole salad as well. They serve two different types of salsa with chips which are very good. If you are in a big hurry avoid Friday nights as you will have some wait time unless you are lucky to get their early enough!
Good food for the whole family! – We have been going to Tony's for years and have come to expect wonderful food, drinks, and fun whenever we stop in for a bite to eat. The enchiladas and fish tacos are both fabulous! The margaritas are top-notch and the staff is SUPER friendly! Our 2 year old son has enjoyed every visit and made many friends at this establishment. We highly recommend it to everyone we meet!!
None better – I am not the first, nor will I be the last to tell you that Tony's has without a doubt the best Margarita's in town. The Tony's parilla is always a winner and the shrimp enchiladas and charro beans are fantastic. Don't go on a Friday night if you are in a hurry, because the wait is long, but worth it. I used to eat here at least once a week when I lived in the area, now I drive over 20 a couple of times a month just to get my fix. The best Margs and the best mexican food in town.
