It takes "meh" to a new level. Prices were high, staff unfriendly, and the food was not great at all. The only reason this is two stars was the ice cream wasn't too bad.
The best ice cream and milkshakes you will find. I have been coming here since I was a little girl. Nothing compares!

Love the old fashion feel of the place. Customer service gets an A+ Absolutely love the grape icecream( cannot get it anywhere else). The livermush all the way is just classic! Only wish they had more sitting room, but oh well
Wasn't as impressed as I hoped I would be, the burgers all the way was mediocre, I have had burgers all the way, that comes with lettuce, tomato and mayo with a fluffy bun. This was just a little better than McDonald's. The Banana Split's were not a Banana Split, you do not cut banana's up, and pour all the different syrups all over the ice cream on a Banana Split. And the Banana Split only had one Cherry, a true Banana Split gets 3 Cherry's. The Ice cream was kind of flavorless. I was very disappointed.
Its the best place to go! Ive been going since I could eat Ice cream. 48 years. I look forward to going there every summer.
We love Tony's Ice Cream! Our kids look forward to Sunday nights especially in the Spring and Summer months because it most likely means we will be heading to Tony's!
Been loving Tony's for years! When making a trip to Gastonia, you HAVE to stop in and get some of their awesome ice cream! And their food isn't too bad, either!
Is awesome the screen is so excellent is the best place to go get ice cream milkshake anything you want I've been there since I was a kid I still go now my grandparents loved it and so did my mom and dad
