The lunch was mostly good although my wife took one bite of the liver mush and couldn't eat it. She then got a hamburger and enjoyed it. My turkey club was enjoyable. The ice cream has changed. I was disgusted with the banana shake-had a fake banana taste to it. It too, was thrown away. I wasted as much money as I spent here. After years of looking forward to visiting Gastonia, we won't be back. My wife grew up on Tony's but she too is scratching it off her list, admitting the food isn't what it used to be.
Had a great experience with the family. The banana split was awesome!
The food was awesome. The grilled cheese with bacon was great. The Chocolate milk shake that was truly homemade was UNBELIEVABLE!
Always enjoy coming here when I make a visit home. Ice cream still great just like I remember!
I love the ice cream! I take my children to have shakes on special occasions. There isn't always a place to sit but if you're patient someone will be done soon.
I love the Chuck Wagon sammich and the grape milkshake I've been going to Tony's Ice Cream since I was a kid it's been over 30 years
