Have never been or heard about this place Stopped in yesterday around 5pm with no reservation and got a table right away. Food was unbelievable from the French toast size mozzarella sticks to the eggplant and chicken dish to the designer ny cheese cake ! Forget that it was family style and reasonably priced that was a bonus! The sauce was out of this world! Even full you will not resist soaking it up with bread to get every last drop! We dined at Tony's yesterday for the first time. Our party of 10 was treated in a warm and friendly manner. We didn't feel rushed at all, and the food was delicious! It was a wonderful holiday experience, and we plan to return again. The only change I would like to see is to add garlic bread to the menu. We were given a 5" x 7" picture of our group.....nice touch!
Come here every time we come to New York! Great food and great people, but make reservations or you'll be sorry! It's so good no reservations three hour wait. It's family style so one order can feed two to three people. Enjoy!!
We have dined at several places in the city through the years and this was our 1st time at Tony's. Tony's came highly recommended and we can see why ! Everyone there was warm and friendly. Our server was the best ! We dined downstairs and found the atmosphere to be very cozy and inviting. Our party of 12 ordered a variety of dishes and they were all delicious. Very very good. I'm from Omaha, NE and I am half Italian. I brought my girlfriend here for thanksgiving. We loved it. Huge portions great prices. I would come back.
Staff is excellent, atmosphere is amazing, and EASILY the best Italian cuisine i've ever had!! Highly recommended and when you visit ask for Ken Forbes. :)
Awesome place to take the kids pre Broadway play! Really large portions... 2 platters were more than enough for the 4 of us with leftovers for lunch tomorrow. Service was fast and food was served piping hot.
Myself and my family had a beautiful meal here, the food is fantastic and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The next time we are in New York we will be having a meal here. (Travelled from Ireland)
Delicious food. Great service. Try there tri colored salad. It's to die for.
