This is the birthday gift I got from Tony's tonight: a full glass of red wine spilt down my back... after that? A free bottle of wine... I don't even drink! And a dessert. Apparently you need to cause a scene for an appropriate apology.

Service was stellar. Six of us went out on a busy Saturday night...we did book a reservation. Food and dessert quality were both impeccable. Wine suggestions were superb. We couldn't have asked for a better NYC dining experience. An affordable place too considering the quality and generous sharing portions. We will go back!!!

Excellent choice if in Times Square and going to New Amsterdam Theatre. We had plenty of time to indulge in a long lunch. I was not aware of the home style meals until after we ordered and they started bring seen all over the restaurant. I had salad which was good, veal and delicious New York style cheesecake.
