The food is always amazing. Penne alla vodka and chicken parmigiana is my favorite everytime I go. The staff is great the only reason I gave it 4 is because of the noise but that can't be avoided. Plus the prices aren't too bad especially for Manhattan.
Everyone is welcoming and the food is plentiful and delicious. Beats Carmine's by a mile. Great location too!!!

2nd time there without reservation, they got us a table in 45 min. On a Sat @ 7pm. Staff is terrific all around. Had chicken parm, sausage & meatballs & eggplant parm, loved it all especially the eggplant, highly recommend it

Fantastic Restuarant. Or waiter recommend we order one starter and one entrée between myself and my wife, which I'm glad we did. The food was fantastic and there was lots of it, the seafood pasta was excellent. Our waiter done a fantastic job , thankyou. Would definitely recommend this restaurant and will visit again when we come back to New York

i have not one negative thing to say about Tony's DiNapoli, we are treated like family weather it's the Times Square location or Upper East Side great food , great staff perfect for me
