Did not know why I was there. He did not care. Wanted to talk about vacations. Did not want to listen to assistant. He is in to much of a hurry to get out of room. Had to stop him from leaving to look at what I was there for. Horrible

I have been under Dr Higgins for almost a year and she has tried to help my situation with this excema which I have on my body. She is most patient and caring and I will always stay as her patient. She is the best and I trust her judgement. A nn Ewing
She has done two mod’s surgeries on me an I am very pleased with the out come and very little scaring on my face around my eyes. Definitely recommend her and will use her whenever needed.

Called to make an appointment. I was asked do I have a preferred provider and I said yes. Told them the problem I was having. Gave all my insurance information just to be told she is booked until October 2023! What was the point of taking all my information?? Maybe give that information upfront instead of wasting my time!!! That's ridiculous.
Dr. Swank was very fast but was not friendly even in the slightest. He was honestly quite rude. The nurses are very friendly though and did take the time to answer the question he ignored on basic patient care. I would not send my family or friends to him.
Dr Butala notified me that I required a surgery that was not necessary when got a second diagnosis. He tried to take money and ruin my body.
She is very professional and is attentive to your every need. She’s always comes in with a smile and a pleasant attitude.
