Called to make an appointment. I was asked do I have a preferred provider and I said yes. Told them the problem I was having. Gave all my insurance information just to be told she is booked until October 2023! What was the point of taking all my information?? Maybe give that information upfront instead of wasting my time!!! That's ridiculous.
I called to make an appointment for my son today and they said she is scheduling into November!! That is crazy!

Friendly and accommodating. Doctor and nurse took time to listen to my concerns and resolve my issues to my satisfaction.
Dr McLeod is always so friendly and cheerful. She makes going through the scary, unfun procedures lighter and easier to get through. I have seen her for years and trust her to provide the best care.

I have been seeing Dr. McLeod for years. This past October 21st, I called to see if I could be seen that day due to a skin infection. Dr. McLeod's schedule was full, however, she fit me in to be seen that day. I was truly appreciative! She is always so kind and is very thorough and professional.
