I cannot day enough good things about Tonya’s knowledge of the selling process and her professionalism. The price she suggested that we list our house was spot on and it sold within 10 hours of listing it- at full asking price. I seriously can not say enough good things about Tonya!! I was concerned at first, because both Tonya and my husband stand firm in their ideals - but this is a good thing!! Every step of the way she listened to our requests, adjusted the path when our desires changed, and when it came down to the final offer - let me tell you NO ONE will protect your interests more fiercely than this realtor!! Detail oriented, on top of her game, SUPER RESPONSIVE - we are so so glad we both bought and sold with her!
