Unpleasant experience – the shopping experience is not customer friendly- i have just never felt comfortable when I have shopped in that store-
WORST CUTOMER SERVICE – The problem is top down. The manager I encountered lacked common sense and was unskilled with addressing a problem, one that was of the store's policy for selling an item for which I was called in to pick up believing it was on hold, whereupon I promptly came in only to discover that it had been sold! if only – the employees are toooooooo pushy. leave me alone and let me shop. if i'm at this store i'm obviously fashion forward enough to know what looks good on me.
Are you kidding me? – I read a couple reviews by icemom and someone else knocking TW&Co. I was especially impressed by the NYC shopper who didn't like the acne on the poor salesclerk. Come on, be serious. We are lucky to have a store as nice as T0ny Walker. The salespeople couldn't be more helpful and the store is beautiful. Awful customer service – It is one of few stores in the Buffalo area that carries a wide selection of designer jeans, but the sales associates are very overbearing with their ?assistance?. I usually have an OK shopping experience there, but last Saturday was awful. My sales associate was rude, pushy and did not listen to one word I said about what I liked and did not like. Don't care about customers – Yes they carry high-end high- quality high-priced clothing but do not genuinely care about their customers. The sales clerks are very pushy and follow you around everywhere. They do have, however, the best kept secret of offering a 10% student discount on clothing which they refuse to let people know about. I was shopping with my daughter the other day and spent $700. short and stubby – It is hard for me to find jeans that fit perfectly, but at Tony Walker, with the help is the employees, I always find a great pair of jeans. They even have someone there to hem my pants.
Horrible Merchandising Pushy Salespeople – Love the brands - but if the manufacturers (James, Juicy etc...) saw how this company merchandised the clothing they wouldn't allow them to carry their stuff. Oh my god - piles of Juicy on a table (tacky..) - tons of non steamed Perse & Theory . Everything was wrinkled and piled and shoved into racks - no room - no forms wearing the clothes .
