Service and selection is Amazing – Tony walker and Co. is truly one of the kind. The sales staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I went in to purchase a pair of jeans and had a sales women all to myself. She helped me find a pair of jeans that fit me the best and within my price range. This is the only place in town that you can get that kind of attention and find all the best brands under one roof.
Excellent customer service and exclusive product line – Tony Walker & Co. is definitely an amazing shopping experience with phenomenal customer service. Although I think it is a common misconception to find the sales staff to be "pushy" or competitive, it should be known that the fashion consultants do not really work on commission (I asked). Sells defective items and sales associates are rude – Never purchase any items from the store because if you have an defective item they become rude and unhelpful. I purchase jeans, boots and sweaters from their store and found out the jeans were defective. they blamed that perhaps it "didn't" fit me so I busted the button. Who says that to a customer even if you think that? They won't accomodate, which is disappointing to find out after this miserable circumstance. Best store in WNY – I am in town visting my family from Toronto and Tony Walker & Co. is amazing. The staff is extremely helpful and they can really suggest what fits and flatters your body type. It's worth it to get their opinion! There's a huge selection of brands. I stocked up on jeans, UGGS, and Juicy. There are also expensive brands like Diane Von Furstenberg and Marc Jacobs. Sales help way too pushy! – We always go to Tony Walker when we are in Buffalo. However, time I was so bothered by the salespeople that I left the store without purchasing anything (highly unusual for me in that store!). I went in to buy a couple of nice pairs of jeans. Snooty, Snotty, to good for you.... – I went into this store because I always here so many great things about it. I go to New York every month to visit family and have always done my shopping there, but I decided to give this place a try cuz a wanted a new pair of premium denim. Not that great!!!!! – I don't know what all the fuss is about this place. Although it carries premium denim that obviously can't be found any other place around here, it looks like a tornado. You are just overwhelmed when you walk into this store. Clothes just piled around...very unprofessional. Pushy Pushy Pushy!!!! – I went into this store the other day and I was amazed at how many great items were in this store. I love to browse and grab things I like and try them on. The associates were very pushy. I told her what I was looking for and she kept bringing me things that I didn't want and I felt forced to try them on. I didn't have much time. What I thought was going to be a 30 minute venture ended up taking over an hour to purchase a pari of jeans and a shirt.
