Overpriced, over-rated and over with – Poor customer service, horrible return policy that isn't posted. Clerks are trained with the "don't ask, don't tell" philosophy. Made a large purchase and was dissatisfied with the discoloration during wear. Was told it was a "fashion" item and not made for Buffalo weather and the elements. BUYERS BEWARE -- HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, HORRIBLE PEOPLE – I read "tonywalkerisascam's" review and it sounds eerily similar. In fact, I was in over the weekend to exchange a dress I purchased in mid-January ? Old, Overpriced Merchandise – At first glance, Tony Walker & Company appears to carry high-style, fashion-forward items. Countless racks and tables piled messily with shirts overwhelm the store. At closer look, I've found that most of the items are 3+ seasons old. From the first time that I walked into the store (2006), I've seen the same Marc by Marc Jacobs shoes. Fabulous experience – I was visiting Buffalo for the weekend and had read about Tony Walker in Buffalo Spree Magazine. I had limited time, but was in the neighborhood so I thought I'd stop by. I asked someone to help me find a pair of back strait leg jeans. The salesperson was great! It was better than shopping with my sister! She fetched sizes for me, bent down to roll up the pant legs when they were too long and suggested getting a "Yummy Tummy" when I complained that I had a muffin top! Worst Sales Associates Ever – Anyone who doesn't think the employees here are pushy clearly haven't been to the same store I was in. I live in new york, grew up in buffalo and can tell you from experience the service they offer is ridiculously over bearing. Anyone who states they don't work on commisson is full of it. Tony Walker is a decent store...with some large issues. It is slightly untidy and has some of the worst salespeople i've ever dealt with. They have some grands like john varvatos theory diesel true religion dvf marc jacobs juicy and so on...but don't carry brands like D&G DSQUARED ETRO etc...thus making it more of a contemporary designer store...suitable for buffalo!!!...however after being to some of the best stores all over the world in hong kong, ny, london, toronto like holt renfrew saks neiman marcus harrods harvey nich... read more

Relaxed Atmosphere? Helpful Staff? You won't find either at Tony Walker & Co. – Size 6 Uggs are apparently hard to come by in this store. Although the salesgirl made a grand show of her customer service skills in house, she lacked on the follow-through. I was supposedly put on a waiting list for a pair of size 6 classic tall Ugg boots. The salesgirl took down my info and phone number with a promise to call when new stock came in. I contacted the manager by e-mail twice with no reply. Best store in America – Wow, I love this store! I grew up in LA and spent my summers in NY and I haven't been to a store that I liked better. I was so bummed when I first moved here because I was sure that I would have nowhere to shop. I was in Wegmans one day and I saw a girl wearing my favorite pair of Jeans. Don't bother! – This place is trying to bring style to Buffalo, but they only cater to white, upper class college girls. There is nothing unique in the store and the "Tent Sale" is a joke - no bargains to be found, just overpicked velor track suits. Best advice - get a cheap flight to NYC and buy your clothes there.
