Automated system for renters we have 2 years of rental history we can prove through bank payemnts and leases no one checked our fico9 for that score. Credit was low because I just took out an auto loan and have two accounts that are closed but havent reflected yet on my credit report we have over 20k in savings. We had a tour set up with Janci and she could tell just by our needs it was not the best option for us and took us to a house right down the road immediately after that we did not have on our list and we fell in love! She pin pointed exactly what our family needed and made our decision so easy!
Apparently they don't care about the properties they are in charge of. The one listed at 70 Springside Road the yard has been neglected it looks like a jungle behind the house and several trees are still on the property that has fallen from the hurricane.
