Service department very good and responsive. Waiting area top notch. Oil change, tire rotation, inspection and a minor repair done in less than an hour.
Very friendly right when I walked in. Made me feel welcome and I’m in good hands. I felt confident in their ability, quick and organized. Easy to check out.

Spark plugs were $187. Labor for $164. Struck us as a bit steep. Otherwise the service advisors were helpful.
Service was prompt and professional and 15% discount was helpful. Nice waiting area as well.
Hopefully they did the recall work I was there for. They also told me my battery needed immediate replacement & my brakes needed service soon. I went straight to Point S for a new battery & to check the brakes. They said everything was fine & someone was just trying to make sales. I had the battery checked at one other place & again they said it was fine. Bad experiences at Tonkin the past few visits. I quit going there however I had to go there for the recall work.
