The dealership was very responsive when we were buying a car. Once we made the purchase and needed assistance to resolve a discrepancy, we could not get a call back. Their website advertised a remote start. Now we are told it will cost an additional $800 for the remote start. This is false advertising and we want a manager to call us. But after numerous attempts over the last 1.5 weeks, nobody has returned our message. I highly recommend against this dealership.
Tonkin of the Gorge did a thorough job in a timely manner. All staff were pleasant and accommodating…sympathetic to my need to be home by dark. Highly recommend!!!
This was my first experience in servicing my Subaru at Tonkin, having recently moved from Spokane, WA. I found the service to be excellent and was especially impressed when the mechanic showed me the dirt on the cabin and engine filters and quoted the price to replace them. I don’t recall that ever being brought to my attention in the many years I’ve owned Subarus. Diane H.
