We called and got a price to make a key for a truck. The key we lost in a house fire. They said $125. That was fine he came out made it. We ended up having to have it towed to the ford dealership which we have documentation on that the key they made would never be able to program to the truck. So they made us keys and programmed the right ones. Now toms lock & key refuses to make it right. We have called and been up there several times. We even give them extra jobs through my husband's job. We will never use them again. And ... read more

i called she came in like 10 minutes got in my truck n less than two thank u i highly recommend they also fixed an ignition switch n my buick had it done n a few hours good people at a great price thanks again toms lock and key

My husband, Dennis, called and spoke to Jason about getting a key w/a transponder for a '99 Ford Explorer he's repairing and was quoted one price. When the owner of the vehicle called to get them out to do the job, suddenly the price jumped by $50.00. I guess after "thinking about it" the owner of the vehicle was called back and he (the car's owner) told them that Jason had quote his mechanic (my husband) $100.00.
