This is the worst experience I have ever had especially from the owner Tom. I have never talked to somebody so disrespectful in my life. Not only that they do not have set prices on anything I called three different times for the same exact thing and they changed the price all three times I would not recommend them.

I definitely recommend Tom’s lock and key service! My mother locked her keys inside of the trunk of her car and she drives a BMW. Everyone we called said she would need to get a key cut or get it towed to Memphis but toms lock and Key not only got into the car they were also able to get the keys from the truck saving my mom a lot of money! They are a life saver and I will use them every time!!
I cannot express how thankful I was for Ed at Tom’s Lock and key. Tonight following the Redwolf game, we discovered that my boyfriend had lost the only key to the ignition of his truck. I dialed the 24 hour number and explained my situation. The gentleman told me the information he would need to make a new key. Within about 30 minutes of the call, he was there with a working key. He charged about half of what the Ford dealership would. Thanks so much. You guys are the bomb! Definitely five stars!
