Can not believe you run a business and speak to your customers the way you do. And then to hang up the phone on a paying customer? I will never call y’all again. RUDE!!!!
I’ve had 2 keys made for my car a $75 key and both of them did not work! My boyfriend called them and they said after the second key we will give you a refund. The refuse to give me a refund now my car is gonna have to be towed to bay so they can see for them selves that the key don’t work and then they said they will make me another one!!!! I have never had such horrible service!!!!!!
My key fob was broken so I ordered a new one and needed it programmed. I called and was told to come by that very morning. They were very quick and efficient. The price was more than fair, as well. I'll always be calling Tom's Lock & Key in the future. Thank you for making ME a priority!!
