I went in today to replace a key for my Kia. The dealership told me it would be about a week to get a key in and that I would have to purchase the fob too, and the tab was going to be $400+ after tax. Tom was super helpful, and in 10 minutes I had a key and a fob ordered on the way. And all for less than $250! I was floored and I'll be going back any time I need any sort of locksmithing work
It was cold and wet this last Saturday. An ice storm was scheduled for that day. My wife and I were at Orschelns in Trumann when my truck key broke off my key ring, probably while I was loading hay and straw for the horse. Crazy, but even crazier was that I could not find it. I called other lock and keys around. Most did not answer. One said he couldn't fit my truck. Another said he was "not running." We are from out of town and we were staying at the Craighead Forest RV Park. We accidentally locked ourselves out of our RV. We called a couple other Locksmiths in the area one could not do what we needed the other didn’t answer. We called Toms and even though it was 7:00 in the evening they answered right away and was here in under 30 minutes. Couple of minutes later and we were inside. these guys are AWESOME!!!!! my boyfriend locked his keys in his car at 1am, and Tom’s Lock and Key was only a phone call away!!! the guy who came out was so friendly and kind, and he did a great job!!! we are so thankful and will only be using Tom’s in the future!!!
