Rib tips had very little meat. Beef Brisket was very good however.
We were in Memphis a few weeks ago and stopped in at Tom's BBQ. I have got to say WOW. This is some of the best bbq I have ever eaten. I would tell anyone going that way to stop in. Absolutely fantastic!!!
To me it's average BBQ at best. Brisket was decent bust nothing to write home about, pork was good and the ribs had way to much sauce on them.
That was to Ghast one of us had the barbecue bologna combo which was delicious the fries Cajun delicious and the other had smoked wings and they were demolished great food great job
Best BBQ place in Memphis! Everything from the meat to the sides just melts in your mouth!!
