I had the regular beef brisket sandwich. The meat was piled on and VERY salty, had my slaw on the side. The sauce was good, had to use it to try and cover the salt. Only disappointment was the onion rings. Literally 5 rings in my bag @ $2.19 (do the math). Ridiculous.
Food was awesome the customer service was the same all over memphis so im giving 5 on the food today
The food is outstanding, the service was prompt. Tom the owner is a great guy who leads a great crew that cares and you can taste it in their food.
If there is one thing you have to have to get at this place.... ask for RIBS TIPS! It’s a life experience to taste these perfectly seasoned delight... mac-cheese was awesome, cornbread was A+, beef brisket were tasty with that fall-off-the-fork concistency and juicy taste. Pulled pork was nice and moist, lightly smoked and full of taste. Althought the sauce was great, these meats didn't need it, unless you wanted to have a new insight of these perfectly made dishes... I had the beef ribs and was amazed. Friendly staff and clean facility. You guys are amazing!! I also took some as a take home as well. I will be having them all week!
