We were excited after seeing this place was recommended by Guy! We were extremely disappointed as the ribs tasted like they were boiled or steamed, no smoke flavour at all. Rib tips were tough and we ordered 2lbs and will throw them away. We also ordered large beans and they were 70% bbq sauce. Collard greens and fries were good. We spent $80 and feel like it was a total waste.
We couldn't not stop in Memphis for some BBQ, stopped 12/23 on our way back to Florida.....COMPLETELY disappointed. Ribs were cold as were the beans and the pork sandwhich was kinda generic. I hope we get another chance to get to Memphis and hopefully better BBQ.... oh! and I was expecting southern hospitality and didn't even get a "Have a good day" or anything 🙄
