While getting in an accident and having your car damaged is never a good experience, the awesome service I had with with Tom's Auto Collision made it as easy as possible. I can't thank them enough for the job they did on my Jeep and for the amazing customer service they provided. This was my first accident and they helped take care of a lot of the back and forth with my insurance and made sure I was receiving constant updates. I had a dent and needed some painting. I walked in towards the end of the day, and they immediately walked outside with me to look at my car. Gave me a fair quote, and told me how many days it would take. When I didn't call back right away, they left a message with me to follow-up on my quote. I dropped my car off Monday morning and they called me Wednesday at lunch time just as they promised. The office is also neat and organized, which is so rare for these shops. This guy and his shop are amazing! Honest, friendly, quick, and affordable. I came to him with a damaged front end and because I came to him he fixed my bumper which was damaged in a previous accident (and more damage than the front end) for nothing. He values his customers and my car looks brand new. Not to mention I dropped it off Tuesday afternoon, and picked it up Friday evening. Including the ride he gave me to pick up my rental car. I could not have asked for a better first experience getting my car fixed. They are the nicest people you will ever meet. Brought my car in Thursday afternoon, wasn’t expecting it until Monday or Tuesday and they got it done for me Friday afternoon. Took care of everything I needed and more. I will definitely not be going anywhere but Toms Auto Collision Service.
