So grateful to know that all I gotta do is date. One of the employees or be married to 1 of them and I can get free shit all the time. It's kind of annoying that I paid for a detailing kit while I watched an employee, walk up to her partner and hand him down 7, and I mean, 7 separate untouched detail kits that I paid for. And they're laughing about it like they do this all the time. I plan to never pay for one again. Cash is a legal form of tender in the USA. Don't accept cash = lose business. Very Un-American!
Car was damaged during the washing process. Returned within 10 minutes after the wash to show the site manager the damage. Manager reviewed the cameras and indicated the damage was done during the drying process and "because their equipment never touched the car, they are not responsible". Tommys acknowledged damage was done inside their building but won't pay for the damages. Completely dissatisfied, it's simply not right, nor is Tommys doing the right thing. Just a pathetic wash. $10 to still have surface dirt on door panels is such a waste of time and money. Won't be back to any location
