Car was damaged during the washing process. Returned within 10 minutes after the wash to show the site manager the damage. Manager reviewed the cameras and indicated the damage was done during the drying process and "because their equipment never touched the car, they are not responsible". Tommys acknowledged damage was done inside their building but won't pay for the damages. Completely dissatisfied, it's simply not right, nor is Tommys doing the right thing. Just a pathetic wash. $10 to still have surface dirt on door panels is such a waste of time and money. Won't be back to any location
Disappointing that they don't take cash.
Excellent service. Well trained employees. While Washington your car make sure your side view mirrors are turned in. Their vmbrushes are too close to your car.
