It used to be my favorite place when I worked downtown. Last week the food was decent enough, but the service was severely lacking. I won't go back, not because of the 1 time bad service, but the little handheld checkout system they have. The same device they take orders on is the same device they run your debit/cc and have you sign. They handed my husband the device at the signature "page" not the tip page. I think I had one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had at the tomato head. I ordered a pepperoni, basil, and goat cheese pizza and it was absolutely delicious. The waitress was polite and kept our drinks refilled and although the line was out the door our wait was shorter than expected. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves pizza. The only downside is that it can be just a bit pricey, but nothing unreasonable.
