People were very good. The place is out dated and not convenient for handy capped.
I was there yesterday, they managed my pain, outstanding and diagnosed my problem, transfered to Civilian hospital as my understanding, Madison VA Hospital was full. I got the care I needed at Tomah VA...
Just don't go to the Veterans Assistance Foundation in Building 407.
I am a veteran and have had nothing but exceptional care from not only the Tomah facility but the entire VA medical system.
My assigned doctor Dr Vonguru is got to be the worst doctor there. Doesn't listen to anything I say, think she is busy looking up Web MD for answers to first thing I tell her and don't hear the rest. I live with so much cronic pain that make it hard to survive. Went for a DOT physical and that Doctor did more for me in one visit .Forget his name but he is good. Staff are also good.
Unprofessional staff and poorly skilled doctors. If you're looking for treatment or help, just keep driving. Go anywhere else for comp & pen claims.
