Sickening! Your dentist exposing veterans to HIV, aids? And why did it take a fill in assistant to report this? Where is the previous one? People knew and didn't report. CRIMINAL!
I have always thought the Tomah VA was the best there was. I chose it not because it was the closest, but because I thought it had the most caring staff, but this latest sh*t storm has me worried. I hope you get a handle on it before Vets start dying of diseases not from war, but from cost cutting. And yes, I believe a firing or two is in order. Not just re-assignment.
First you guys try to kill patients with opiates and got the well-earned nickname "Candy Land" and now you have Dentists that use unclean equipment that may have caused 600+ patients to get sick but we veterans are supposed to feel "safe" at your lousy facility??? Really?
