Don’t ever ever be late. Typical VA staff. This place is no better now than it was 10 years ago. And you really wonder why many Veterans do not want to go here.

the care is fantastic, doctors nurses employees volunteers. such a positive and careing atmosphere, if you think negative of the medical center you are already negative person. come to the Tomah va and you will experience what i am saying.
Stop screwing Veterans up on prescription drugs to get them thrown in jail to screw them over in court legally!
always treated well. appointment coordinator went way out of her way to accommodate my schedule. I thought she had given up but a week later she called with my appointment. this entire place has always given superb treatment in the 30 odd years I've dealt with them.
Start listening to the veterans when they say something is wrong, even if all the test come back normal and don't automatically think it is mental health reasons.
Very happy with my experience. Excellent people. Not the horror story I have heard. Four 🌟 🌟🌟🌟
