VERY courteous, made sure I had what I was looking for and offered to keep me in the loop with future prospective CR-V's.
Cancelled after seeing damage on car. Put 4000.00 down after 2 weeks i still dont have my money back in my account. Now they are telling me i have to drive an hour there and hour home so they can swipe my card. Most companys i know can reverse charges. Not sure what their issue is, but i will not be shpping that dealership again.
Robert Spencer was very persistent, thorough and found the exact vehicle perfect for my needs and budget!
