We e-mailed back and forth for a few days. I made an appointment to check out the car on Saturday at 2 pm as I live over an hour away. They sold it the night before and no one bothered to contact me. Needless to say I was upset.

I filled out an online contact request and a representative called me by 9:30 that same morning. I purchased the car without seeing it in person. Their representative sent me a video of the car and made an accurate description to my specific questions. When they delivered the car it was exactly as they represented it to me. I feel like I got a fair price and a good, clean used vehicle.
