Not a professional company. Inquired about some property and received a poorly written response that made absolutely no sense. Seemed as though they were being deceiving and only looking out for themselves and not getting the seller the best deal. Will not recommend nor use for the sale of any future properties.

Tom Kissee Real Estate helped us sell a house, buy a house, and we rented from them for 6 years. I would highly recommend them! When we sold, we had multiple offers within 24 hours. When we bought, they made the process as smooth as possible, being very flexible, attentive, and proactive. They were also a great landlord. Tom kissee was my landlord for 3 years until he kicked me out. I'll tell you why.... A year ago we had a storm come through And tore off eight layers of shingles. Over the next year, he kept telling me that he was gonna get it fixed. I withheld rent 3 times so that he would fix it. He never did. I got caught up on my rent. He said he turned it into the insurance company. The house didn't even have insurance on it.
