We have been going to Tom Kadlec ever since getting our 2005 Civic Hybrid. The service and personnel have always been superb. Whenever we needed service, we have been given an estimate of the total cost and the time needed to get the service completed. For our last service visit, we had Dennis Thompson take care of things for us. He did a great job. We have never been disappointed at Tom Kadlec and plan on coming back.

My husband and I recently bought a 2013 Honda exl from Tom Kadlec Honda. The salesman, Michael Danielson, did his best to see to our every need, did a great job for us. Could not ask for a nicer guy. The dealership was also fab. Had some repair work done on our other Honda and was very pleased with all your employees, They all go the extra mile! Even the waiting area is great with the refreshment area. You make waiting a bit more pleasant. Way to go Honda!
My wife and I were looking for a new car for her and stopped at Tom Kadlec Honda to check out the Honda CR-V. We were helped by Jose Pagan and truly enjoyed our experience at Tom Kadlec Honda. Jose was so friendly and helpful, at no time did we fill pressured to buy. Jose answered all our questions and even added some good advice to us about the Honda CR-V. Steve Peters is the Service Advisor that I always go to at TK Honda. He has always gone above and beyond to make sure the job is done right at a fair and honest price. He handles service on both of our vehicles and on our two daughters' vehicles as well. He is worth his weight in gold in my opinion.
I recently had service work performed at Tom Kadlec Honda. I couldn't be happier with my experience there, from the time I walked in and my service advisor Steve Peters greated me by first name and explained in detail the service his shop performed on my Honda Accord. While waiting for the service to be finished, I was approached by salesman Neal Moen, who also greated me by name and made sure my needs were meet while at the dealership. I would recommend Tom Kadlec to anyone interested in purchasing a new Honda.
My lease of a 2012 CR-V was due to end August 1 and I was looking to replace it with a similar vehicle with a few more options. Max Weisheipl listened to what I needed and was more than patient as I decided on a replacement. Max went "the extra mile" in helping me, even coming in on his day off to accommodate my work schedule. I truly appreciated his help.
I received an email from Honda regarding an incentive program and sent a note to the Team and received feedback promptly and learned not only did I qualify for the incentive but that I could get into a new vehicle without penalty or money down. Zheila Peterson (Honda New Car Manager) and Jose Pagan (Honda Product Specialist) were fantastic. Jose was responsive, friendly, and understood my needs. It a great experience and I would recommend him highly to anyone looking at purchasing a new vehicle through Tom Kadlec.
We just purchased a car from Neal Moen. He did a wonderful job with helping us - even though he had to run and get different cars for me. He was always friendly and was so good about explaining everything to us. When I picked up the car the next day, he took his time to help me understand everything in the car. I was very happy with the experience.
