I bought a used certified SUV from Tom Kadlec Honda and they didn't register and title the vehicle for me. They didn't even tell me that I had to do that myself during the sales process. I receive the title a couple days later saying all the information I needed to register and title the vehicle is all in the envelope. Here is my fair assessment on this dealership and my interaction with these 3 individuals. Sales guy: Nice person, easy to deal with, and very genuine Sales manager: Good listener and respectful Finance guy: Very disingenuous, Arrogant, Very pushy, deceitful. I bought my first car at TKH in 2012. Brad Dahl and team make every visit a pleasure. They take care of us customers, as well as they take care of our cars. They treat me like family. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
The service I received at Tom Kadlec Honda was great. Brad Anderson led the service from start to finish, and was super to work with.
Love Tom Kadlec Honda. My entire family goes to them for their cars (or vans and SUVs) because they're knowledgeable, understanding, and efficient. They never try to sell me anything, their goal is to put me in the perfect car for my budget and my lifestyle. I doubt we'll ever go anywhere else, since they make the arduous task of car buying so easy. Tyler and Zhelia are great :)
I took my Honda in for service As soon as I was out of my car there was Michael Dahl to take care of me. I liked that I didn't have to wait. Everything was done very professional. I am always very happy when I go to get my Honda serviced there.

I recently bought a truck from Andy and Luke at this dealership. They were very friendly and extremely easy to work with. When I came to see the truck it was ready and waiting for a test drive and they answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns.
