I live in Stanford. I left no less then 6 messages about a car that was on their website and NO return calls . Next day I left 3 more messages and nobody returned my calls. Why does a dealership this size NOT answer phone during business hours. ? Long story short I drive all the way there today to see the car ( which as of noon today said AVAILABLE ) just to find out the website isn’t updated and the car was not available and had been sold for some time. They pulled the ole bait and switch on me. I coordinated a meeting with them for a car they were advertising. The next day I show up for our meeting and they had increased the price by $1K. I showed them the price that had advertised then they tried to weasel their way out by saying they painted the bumper. I pointed out that they hadn’t and the paint was still scratched off.
