If I could give more than five stars I would. Scotty was hands down amazing, patient, and seriously worked diligently to find our family what will be best. The entire team was so amazing to us and even gave my baby girl a coloring page to work on as we waited. It felt like a family and natural. Scotty was so easy to talk to and ask questions, he even put on calm music in his office for our sleepy toddler. If you're looking for a better car for your family, I cannot recommend this dealership enough!!!

Sales department was truly a pleasure. Salesman Tom Simek was top notch. It took three attempts to just get a service appointment, due to lack of call backs, when a small issue arose. The service department was less than helpful, almost condescending. The service director Joe was rude and not really, for lack of a better term, giving a ####. Hiding be NYS inspection technicalities , instead of just pleasing the customer. Pushing me off on the sales department, instead of handling himself.
Clean dealership and friendly staff
Very accommodating staff. Judy was awesome, very personable to my needs. She was very flexible with appointments and made sure protocols were followed for COVID-19. Dealing with Judy and all staff was great from start to finish. I highly recommend Mazda of West Ridge. ;)

They made servicing my car so easy. They took my car last minute and had my car ready so fast. They also offered me a ride back to get my car. I’m so glad I bought a Mazda here. Aaron was so professional and thorough . Can’t say thank you enough 🚗🔑✅😁
absolute garbage product. 23,000 miles on my CX-5 and brakes pads, calipers and rotors need replace and I'm suppuse to pay for that?! Brain told me it was due to elements of buffalo lol. pretty sure the weather has always been like this and I've never seen a brake system go before 50,000.....therefore garbage produst and Mazda is not willing to stand behind it.
