RecommendedStaff were very polite and accommodating. Would recommend this place for purchase and service. Were in and out quickly with the purchase of my car back in February and last weerk for scheduled maintenance. All so had a small leak in my tire that was resealed free of charge. Mazda takes care of their clients.

False advertising. the sales manager will not honor the internet price. They told us that they can get more for the car than whats posted on the internet. The sales member did a great job. we were ready to make a purchase until the sales manager came in the picture. will not ever buy a car from them. They will not keep there word!!!!. RecommendedWanted to trade in my current crossover for the new CX5. John Mangouras helped me from the start to the end. had the car I wanted to test drive, ready when I said I'd come in. initially wanted the touring model but John also suggest I test drive the grand touring. I ultimately decided on the grand touring, John made it easy by crunching numbers and I felt no rush to buy unlike other car dealerships. I felt good about my purchase thanks to Johnny Mango, and the Rochester Mazda team for a great car buying experience.
