RecommendedAll the service was good but they did not have the part to repair the broken part so I have to go back in when they have the part in two weeks.
After being a Mazda owner for 14 years and 8 cars between my husband and I this was the worst experience we have had. First we were under the impression our down payment included our first payment as it always did in the past and then after we gave the down payment we were told we needed to give them another check. A few weeks later I received a bill that they never paid the balance if my trade in and now they are still coming after us for another $300 for the disposition fee that was also always included in the past. RecommendedThe way the sales person David handled himself and was very professional. He was very knowledgeable and handled himself in a way that made you feel you were doing the right thing when buying my car. I would give David a 15+++ Buying cars can sometimes be a nightmare but not at Mazda.
