I was very happy with my recent purchase at Tom Bush VW in Jacksonville. I went in and test drove a couple of cars and was not pressured at all. Our salesman, Steve Garcia, was great, very helpful and very informative! When I left he didn't ask for a phone # or email address. No pressure, no irritating call backs, and no pushy salesman!! They are simply there to help. Who knew buying a car could be so enjoyable!!
I had excellent service today. Steve Garcia was my sales representative. I've never had such an amazing experience. I am usually ready for the sales approach when I meet car salesmen, but he put my needs first and consulted with me in a very professional and peaceful manner. I would recommend this dealership and Steve to anyone. This is my 4th vehicle that I have purchased through Tom Bush.
Michael Groland was AMAZING! The best car experience I have ever had, hands down. I have purchased many cars in the past, and it's always a hassle I dread going through. Michael made me a great deal, with my best interest in mind. He was sincere and EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the cars on his lot. There wasn't a question I had that he didn't have a detailed, informative answer for. I was very impressed. I will 100% percent recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car!
Just bought a 2017 Touring CX-5 and Mike Groland was incredible. Too often I have had to deal with pushy salesman adding things that make no sense and twisting my arm into whatever they can to get me to walk away with a vehicle I'm not even completely clear on. But Mike wowed me today with his knowledge as well as very chill personality, making a usually daunting and annoying process very easy and actually fun.
I searched for a particular truck for 2 years. Many called it a unicorn. My son in law recommended calling his friend Gino Manley. Gino asked me tell him exactly what I was looking for, he would get as close as possible. Maybe it was a stroke of pure luck, but, within 2 hours had found the truck. Great dealership to deal wish, no run around, no typical dealership games. Went in and talked to Gino Manley and told him what we were looking for. He showed us what they had, knowledgeable about what options came on what trim levels, what the differences were from our perfect car to what was available and in the end bought our new to us used vehicle. Since then I have had multiple friends and family buy from him and all had the same experience.
