Called three separate times now trying to cancel my extended warranty. Reached out to the car salesperson Keri first and she told me that she wasn’t in the office. Called the office and left a message for Scott to call me back the next day (08/21/20)-no call back. Called today to speak with Scott and was told he was next door and that they would take down my name and number and have him call me back immediately. Still no call back.
