Staff is very courteous. There is never any pressure of any kind to purchase things. They do a great job of maintaining my vehicle and keep me informed of things my vehicle needs.
My husband and myself have honestly never purchased a car from a dealership without having some sort of issue. We popped in to check out a 2019 Mazda 3 instantly fell in love as we already owned a Mazda we knew we loved the make. I’ve been driving Mazda trucks since the 80,s. Every time I have gone in to the parts department looking for parts they just don’t want to help because of the age of my truck. I have never seen parts guys that lack the customer service that these guys don’t have. Not only is there a parts catalogue but there are other internet resources as well none of which they are fond of using. They’ve lost my business and I absolutely don’t recommend the parts department there.

Bought a used CX5 from them in early April. Was told would get registration within 30 days and title within 6-8 weeks. Neither has arrived. 3 weeks ago I Checked with DMV and was told. That no paperwork has been submitted for this car/vin #. Am now getting grief from insurance that vin # is invalid. Called dealer and was told that the DMV was closed but that they processed registrations in house and I would have it within the week. they're always and I mean always professional, timely and treat you not like a customer but a friend. they've upgraded their facilities and the staff makes you wanna come back. Most times you wanna avoid the dealership but not here. They've been like this Day One.
