Tom did an excellent job getting us into our perfect home. Very patient, caring, honest and walked us through the process. We appreciate all he does and continues to do(we can still call him for info, he is knowledgeable in who to contact for additional home services, very good to have) he went above what we expected a realtor to do. Tom Ball was a "God Send" when we were on vacation in Gulf Shores. In one day, he was able to find us our dream home complete with a doggy door for our three pooches. His guidance helped us make the right decision. Tom Ball is a "Gem"!
Tom Ball said he could sell my condo for more than my asking price. And he did it! Working with him was easy and painless. He made one suggestion, to have my refrigerator looked at by my appliance repairman. I did it and that was all we had to do to make it ready for sale. We had 2 valid offers for more than we asked.
