they mean what they say when say express – great and quick service ,friendly, very helpful, especially the manager, jon brown, who worked on my car
I took my pickup in for an oil change. The servie attendant said that I had three oil compartments that needed to be changed. What he failed to mention was that the transfer case, front & rear differentials do not need to be changed until 150,000 miles. Early service would be at 100,000 miles. As I had no idea what he was talking about and in general very trusting of people I said to do the work.
