You might notice the only other review is from a disgruntled customer who reflects they will rip you off. done fast – Great experience, in and out in 15 minutes, no high pressure sales, good info. about the car. Would go again.
Bad service – Tolsdorf manager does not stand behind their work. I took my car to them for a oil change. They reccomended a radiator flush which I agrred to allow them to do. I only made it a mile away and the car overheated. There was not enough coolant in the radiator. When I took it back they named numerous excuses before the finally looked at it and they corrected the problem. I took my pickup in for an oil change. The servie attendant said that I had three oil compartments that needed to be changed. What he failed to mention was that the transfer case, front & rear differentials do not need to be changed until 150,000 miles. Early service would be at 100,000 miles. As I had no idea what he was talking about and in general very trusting of people I said to do the work.
