The staff is not only professional & plesant, but are very prompt.
Lori Freeman is the best!!! She makes me relax even when when she needs to do an x-ray (I have a gag reflux). She is very patient and understanding. And I love the entire staff at West Shore Dental. You're treated like a friend from the minute you walk in the door.

A few things that stick out are the professionalism of all staff, personnel that answer the phones are courteous and accomodating, and the expertise of Dr. Robert Conte. They take the time to make you feel at home, starting out with a tour of the office, followed by a thorough examination and cleaning. No pain, no anxiety...and the sense that I am heard and well taken care of...five stars without hesitation.
I've been going to West Shore Dental for many years and have had the privilege of Carla to clean my teeth every six months. She not only does an amazing job but she is a wonderful person as well. She makes you feel comfortable, she is very professional, and she's amazing at what she does.
