The customer service and ambiance of this hotel are superb.
Love their services the bar is excellent with their great appetizers
The front staff manager is rude, accusatory and somehow thought it is ok to leave pumped breast milk ready to be picked up by Fed Ex for 36+hours behind the desk without mentioning it to anyone, knowing it was temperature and time sensitive.
Suites are big! Charming town, privacy and quiet place to relax.
Very nice, especially for the price. Given a bag with snacks and a bottle of wine at check in — very nice

5 Stars ⭐️ Beautiful hotel and the Verge restaurant is amazing.
For a hotel in the midst of the tech industry, you would think there would be a way to plug in electronics. The only accessible outlet...in the bathroom. Not at the desk, not at the bedside - ridiculous. Wood blinds - not shutters - that don’t block the light out. Overall, disappointing. I guess you get what you pay for...this is what $370/night buys.
