Loving the Riders edge class as well as the staff. Wonderful bunch of people!!!!
A few years ago, I bought my bike at Signature Harley and they tried to change our deal after I gave them my down payment. Who does that? Then, this summer, their service department denied my husbands warranty work in their computer system so no other Harley dealer would be able to perform the work under warranty. It's clear that Tim Sherman doesn't care about his customers because he has a monopoly on the Harley business in the Toledo area.
