I took my bike in for an alarm problem... They let it sit for a week doing nothing. Then took another week to make the repair. $700 I still have the same problem

Service sucks!! Toledo HD had my bike for a week to do a 3 hour job and never touched my bike. To find out service never touched the bike. No parts were required just an idle adjustment which required the dealership computer!!! Very dissapponted!! Will not return!!
They sold me a bikethen a week later call me and tell me they shouldnt of sold the bike because it needs recall work. I told them i couldn't Make it back out there there sevice guy said bring it out any time just be early. So i go out there today and im told sorry we cant work o your bike because you missed your appointment. Im a injuried vet and it is hard for me to do alot i wouldn't of drove all the way ou there to waist my time if i wasnt told to.

As some of you know I have a and auto repair shop and have been known to fix a couple bikes . I take my to Toledo Harley Davidson when somethings wrong with it or I want to change something. I just picked up my bike yesterday had new tires put on it and had it inspected as usual they did a great job they keep up with all the new service bulletins and necessary repairs that need done Plus they washed and detailed my bike my advice is take your bike to the dealer they know what they're doing
Great store, very well organized and the staff was excellent, also a great place to see a concert........
